Fatigue management

Physical flexibility

  • Use a 10~12 inch footrest to allow shifting of your body weight from one leg to the other when prolonged standing is required.
  • Straight your back to reduce fatigue and pain when you are working in a standing position.
  • When you lift an object, bend at the knees and hips and use your legs, not your back. Keep your back straight and maintain the object as close to your body at all times.
