Help-seeking behavior training
- Help includes physical supports, advice, encouragement, or time.
- Need to ask for help when you have physical (pain, functional impairments, or fatigue), emotional (frustration, loneliness, or depression), or social problems (role burden or overworking).
- Once you solve your problems by using help-asking, you will be able to take better control of your life, leading to a reduced sense of powerlessness and improved self-control and self-confidence.
- Asking for help is not a sign of weakness or dependence on others.
